Eaglespoint needed a complete digital platform not just a website. I designed and built the full system from scratch: property listings with search and filters across buy, rent, and land categories; agent management; a travel and study abroad section; a blog; user authentication with sign up and login; partner integrations; and a full admin dashboard to manage everything. The entire platform was scoped, designed, built, tested, and delivered by me independently.

You tell me about your business. I ask questions, understand your customers, and give you honest advice on what your website actually needs. We agree in writing on exactly what to build, what it costs, and how long it takes before anything starts. A 50% deposit confirms the project.
We build
I design it first so you can see and approve how it looks before any code is written. Then I build it. You get progress updates throughout. You review the finished site and confirm it matches what we agreed before anything goes live.
We launch
Your site goes live. I handle all the technical setup: hosting, domain, SSL. I walk you through everything, train your team if needed, and hand over full ownership of everything. Then I'm available for one full month at no extra cost for anything that comes up.
